As suggested by the name, this hot sauce is a blend of the well known serrano pepper and mangos. It's a mild - medium sauce and one of the favorites at markets and fairs.
 
Fermented with garlic, salt and water, then we add pineapple juice, mangos and spices to the peppers before bottling.
