The Habanero Antillais Red Caribbean Chili originates from the Dutch Antillais in the Caribbean. It is a delicious fruity flavored habanero with a heat level is 250,000 – 350,000 Scoville Units. For comparison, a regular Habanerois 100,00 - 350,000 so it is a bit hotter.  The fruit mature from lime green through to orange and then to bright red.

 

This pepper is also available as a ground spice.

 

Made with peppers, fruit and spices, this hot sauce has a wonderful flavor profile and is not your typical vinegar-based sauce. The peppers for each sauce are fermented for up to 3 weeks to bring out the peak flavor of the pepper and mellow them just slightly.

Fermented with garlic, salt, and water. Pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, mangos and spices cardamom, paprika), and honey are added to the fermented peppers before processing.

 

The sauces are shelf stable at room temperature until opened. Then they are stable in the refrigerator until you finish the bottle!
